Registered office facilities

Security and privacy

When you form a limited company you’re obliged by law to provide the address of a registered office with HMRC and Companies House. That’s where they’ll send any official correspondence and hard-copies of key documents.

You might choose to use your personal address for this or that of your workplace. There are, however, several good reasons you might want to use a registered office service like ours instead.

For example, your home or workplace address might be temporary or unstable. You might also be concerned about the security of important correspondence delivered to, say, a remote industrial unit. Equally, you just might not want those addresses displayed publicly on the Companies House website and elsewhere online.

When you register your company at our address, we’ll field all your correspondence, maintaining your privacy and security.

Our company address service includes…

  • A central London address.
  • Secure mailbox.
  • Maintenance of your privacy.
  • Handling of incoming correspondence.
  • Responses to HMRC as your agent, if appropriate.
